Special Fast & Safe route going to work from Jelutong to Bayan Lepas

Every day.. i also use the highway route to go to office, which is from Jelutong Express highway to go to Bayan Lepas..

It is very normal that once you enter the split junction to go to Bayan Lepas, you will facing congestion (not terrible but annoying one) to compete the lane with the cars coming down from Penang Bridge.. Which is will squeeze from total of 4 lane into 2 lane, before reaching out to B.Lepas.

As everyday go thru this road, there is actually one special route you can go to go faster than other (THEORETICALLY and sometimes practically)..

There are few important points that you need to stick to:…

First! you have to stick to the lane as in 1st circle below. Don’t take the Right lane too fast, as it is actually the slow one.

Second! stick to the Left lane when in the 2-lane road (as in 2nd circle). you will get a faster motion. Even until you reach the junction where the cars from Penang Bridge is coming down.

Third! 200-300 meter Before the overhead bridge, take opportunity to conquer the right lane! this is critical as some motor like to zoom in and let you can’t go to the right lane.

Forth! Once you are in right lane after this, you are in Heaven! wait for what? Press your accelerate pedal!!

Bonus! While you are free from jammy road, Beware motors around, hidden camera, rubbish on road, hole on road, flying bird, crossing-road lizard, mosquitoes, etc etc and many more (who knows? in Malaysia apa pun boleh ma..).. as they may causing harm to your car. Drive Safe!
