How to get it?

Step 1: Enable Gmark from Gmail Lab. Go to “Mail Settings” > “Labs” > “SMS (text messaging) in Chat” > Turn on “enable”. 

Step 2: Go to Chat section and type in phone number with country code. Click “Send SMS”. A message box will pop-up, update the information there. 

Step 3: And now you may send SMS to your saved phone number, with up to 50 messages per day.

And what is bootcamp actually? For those who not knowing about this, it’s actually a intense programmed military based outdoor training that trained by specialised trainers. For more details you may refer to here http://www.cobc.biz/#!programs

There are many bootcamp out there, however the one I joined is the longest running, Chief’s Original Bootcamp. What is special for this one? The explanation as below I get from their site =P

This month is lucky cause there have a COBC special for BAF (Bring – A – Friend) session made in Penang Beach.

At first, I thought it will hard as this..

But think may be it wont be so hard lar.. Many new people coming right? Mana tahu, also drained your energy to nearly max, hahah.

Those who love outdoor sports will really enjoy the fun in it, HOOYAH!!!   hahah

Over the pass 1 year, there’d been lots of things happened. Good and bad. In overall, there just one word I found it good enough to describe everything in a sum.

SUSTAIN

Yup. I’ve tried to sustain. Whatever problems occurred, whatever sudden matter that comes along… I’ve learned to find the solution as soon as possible to deal with it. Rather than finding what’s causing the problems, issues, etc to happens, there’s not much time to cater for that. I’ve only sufficient to looking ahead forward and find the solutions as much as possible & as soon as possible. Due to this, I’ve now know that to be more efficient, one may always him/herself “Blame or Fix?”.

For a day, there’s only 24 hours for you. If you have taken up 2 hours a day only to find the cause of the problem at that day or before, you have make your day only 22 hours a day. That’s not good. I’d rather don’t waste that time. Else, if die die must find out the problem, then find the solution first, at the same time, parallelly the problem will be surfaced mostly by itself.

This could be considered the main practice that keep me moving the whole year 2011 in facing all the uncertainties that bang on.

well, at least in 2012, it’s been a good start, although still got lots of things coming up, but I’ve braced myself up and looking forward for an even brighter journey ahead! =D

So resolution for 2012?  I don’t get a list for me to go thru and tick when it’s done, as all the while uncertainties always kick-in in the middle of nowhere. Hence, the only resolution for myself is..

This year, I join the same as last year which is 21KM Half Marathon with my loves one and friends. Different from last year where I still have jogging approximate 4 days per week before the D-day, this year have not been thru any training preparation at all. Lucky that I’m able to finish it barely in time, hahaha.

My result shows:

9KM Check Point: 1:24:35.30

Chip Time: 3:30:59.42

Gun Time: 3:32:45.56

Don’t know why is the Gun Time included? But personally more prefer the result as in Excel sheet last year.

Can see that I’m walking even more compared to running, hahah. Due to wearing old rough socks that causing 5 -6 blisters over both feet. My result was obviously not so good compared to last year. Well, training is a must for marathon!! Next year must get train for it XD

However, this year the PBIM is not well organised, lots of cons than pros during the run. For example, running out of water supply, not allow taking new water bottle, not much markers along the route, not enough finishing T for Full marathoners, all the same colors for run categories, all the same colors and design for the running vest, etc.  Mostly all these affecting Full and Half marathoners. Next year will be joining again, and hell yea PBIM 2012 you better improve!!

Last year our FDI growth was the strongest in Asia and in the first 6 months of this year have already reached RM21.2bil

 

- In 2012, private investment is forecast to climb 15.9%, supported by foreign and domestic investment

- GDP in the first 6 months of 2011 was 4.4%, driven by strong domestic consumption

- In 2011, the economy is forecast to grow by 5-5.5%

- Private and public investment are forecast to increase by 15.9% and 7%, supported by foreign investment, the ETP and 10MP

- In 2012, the service sector is expected to grow 6.5%, the construction sector 7% and GDP is forecast to be between 5 and 6%

- Budget 2012 allocates RM232.8bil for Government plans, including RM181.6bil for management and RM51.2bil for development

- RM29.8bil has been allocated for investment in infrastructure, industrial and rural development

- RM13.6bil has been allocated for the social sector, including education and training, welfare, housing and community development

- Total revenue for 2012 is forecast to increase 1.9% to RM186.9bil and the deficit to decrease to 4.7% of GDP from 5.4% in 2011

- The theme for Budget 2012 is “National Transformation Policy: Welfare for the Rakyat, Well-Being of the Nation”

- We will focus on accelerating investment and further liberalise 17 services sub-sectors, in places enabling 100% foreign equity.

- RP2 will be implemented in 2012, and it will be allocated RM98.4bil, to be split evenly between 2012 & 2013

- In 2012, the Government will allocate RM978mil to accelerate the development in five regional corridors

- The Treasury Management Centre will be established and offer incentives to develop M’sia as a competitive financial centre

- We will develop the Kuala Lumpur International Financial District, with incentives including income tax exemptions for firms

- Income tax exemptions for non-ringgit sukuk issuance and transactions will be extended for another 3 years

- To promote the development of Exchange Traded Funds products I-VCAP will provide RM200mil for Shariah-compliant ETFs

- Felda GVH will be listed on Bursa Malaysia by mid-2012 to raise funds for the company to become a global conglomerate. Felda settlers are expected to receive a windfall, and the amount will be announced before listing

- A RM2bil shariah-compliant SME Financing Fund managed by selected Islamic banks will be established in 2012

- A RM100mil SME Revitalisation Fund offering loans up to a maximum of RM1mil for entrepreneurs will be available from Jan 2012

- Full exemption of import duty and excise duty on hybrid cars and electric cars will continue to be given until 2013

- To promote tourism, the Langkawi Five Year Tourism Development Master Plan will be launched with an allocation of RM420mil

- The real property gains tax will be reviewed so it doesn’t jeopardise the ability of low- and middle-income groups to buy homes

- The Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council will be privatised to promote and develop Malaysia as a healthcare destination

- Budget focuses on developing human capital, creativity and innovation and 2012 will be the National Innovation Movement year

- The Govt has allocated RM100mil promote innovation including the 1Malaysia Award (C1PTA) for innovative student inventions

- To enable SMEs to commercialise research products a Commercialisation Innovation Fund totalling RM500mil will be established

- RM50.2bil will be allocated to the education sector so that it can continue to develop talented, creative and innovative people

- RM1bil will be provided through a special fund for the construction, improvement and maintenance of schools

- We will abolish payments for primary and secondary education, making these free for the first time in our history

- Private schools registered with the Education Ministry will be given incentives including an Investment Tax Allowance

- The Govt will give tax exemption for contributions to educational institutions and all places of worship

- To encourage private sector human capital development incentives including a double deduction on scholarships will be offered

- Budget 2012 introduces a Rural Transformation Programme, so that rural areas can attract private investment and create employment

- RM5bil to develop rural infrastructure, including RM1.8bil to the Rural Road Programme & Village-Link Road Project

- RM500mil to expand the programme to supply clean water to the rural community in Sabah

- RM400mil to upgrade the water supply infrastructure in selected Felda areas

- To provide greater access to bank services for the rural population, Bank Simpanan Nasional will appoint agents in rural areas

- RM90mil for the Orang Asli for basic necessities, including the expansion of the clean water supply project. For the Orang Asli affected by the landslides at Sungai Ruil, RM20mil is provided for their relocation to new homes

- 600,000 Govt pensioners will benefit from an additional annual pension increment of 2%

- Civil servants get pay rise between RM80 to RM320

- Govt will extend the compulsory retirement age from 58 to 60 years old to optimise civil servants’ contribution

- Civil servants will be offered tuition fee assistance for part-time studies, including 5,000 masters and 500 doctoral scholarships

- A special programme will be introduced for 175,000 army personnel who are not eligible for pensions

- RM3,000 will be given to ex-members of the special constable and auxiliary police as well as widows and widowers

- The Govt is mindful of the plight of the rakyat due to rising food prices and will take measures to address this

- The National Agro-Food Policy 2011-2020 will be launched and RM1.1bil allocated for the development of the agriculture sector

- In the spirit of “People First,” all subsidies, incentives and assistance totalling RM33.2bil will be continued

- 500,000 will benefit from KAR1SMA, which provides assistance to poor senior citizens and children and disabled people

- My First Home Scheme will be expanded to increase the limit of house prices from a maximum of RM220,000 to RM400,000

- Govt will identify areas in the vicinity of MRT, LRT and other public transport to be developed by PR1MA

- Govt will continue to implement the Program Perumahan Rakyat by building 75,000 units of affordable houses

- Govt will establish the Special Housing Fund for Fishermen to build and refurbish houses

回味回味着, 想想当时的小孩的生活方式和现在的对比, 可真会摇头一两下.

大约1990年至2000年之间的变化, 可真不少.. 很庆幸是其中的一位. 在这期间长大的小孩, 自发力, 智转力, 和自律力.. 可说是很强的. 当然这是我个人的观点. 而我的观点是来自不怎么富裕的家庭.

那为何以上那三点就比较特出？ 难道现在的小孩就没有这些能力吗？当然不是完全没有. 只是很明显少了很多很多.

相比之下, 现在的小孩, 很明显的享有过度宠爱. 不管父母是有钱的没钱的, 只要孩子一声或一个举动 “想要”, 做父母的都会想尽方法来圆孩子的梦. 这些, 难道以前就没有发生吗？ 有. 只是没这么过度.

这些情况, 通常发生在这些类似父母的身上 >> 就是小时受了不少苦头, 经历10年载的奋斗, 刚刚才有些乐观的收入的一群. 他们大多可能是接近 30岁 – 40岁的年轻父母.

这些父母, 疼孩子. 辛辛苦苦奋斗了半辈子, 一心只想给自己孩子自己能够给的最好的. 为人父母心, 这是很正常. 可能以后我也是这一群人. 可是如果这样维持下去, 往往忽略了最重要的一点. 那就是  “教育”.

教育, 并不是孩子三岁就送去幼儿所学ABC123. 也不是一直想办法为孩子报读最厉害名胜响当当的小学, 中学, 大学. 一直努力花费金钱给孩子补习以便考试排前面. 补到头脑烧了, 也要补.

教育是应该花心思在于孩子的心灵品格上有正面的成长. 一个高考横扫全A的学生, 可能是个缺乏同情心的人. 一个出色的律师/专科医生, 可能是个向钱看齐多过为人服务的人.一个会赚钱高学历, 但是没品格心灵阴暗, 一样不是人啊…

有教无育, 无教只育, 只将会为社会制造更多对前景不知所措, 未能贡献就要求奖赏的一群年轻人.

而且以后科技更发达, 更多重要的程序被数码省略掉, 长久下去, 自发力, 智转力, 和自律力大幅下跌, 那时就更多悲剧发生了.

Here is the condition that you might encounter when you have logged in to Facebook SSL Secure Site. Hell, everything are out of place!!

But don’t worry, see the steps below.

Step 1

When in Safari, view the Facebook SSL Secure Site (https://facebook.com) and click on Activity viewer under Window > Activity.

You will see a list of things that showing red color words “bad server certificate“. Don’t worry if you don’t understand what it is. Just double click on either one with the red color word.

Step 2

There will have a new webpage pop up with a message asking something. Now, click on “Show Certificate“.

Step 3

At next message window, click on the top most certificate, which at here showing “Akamai Subordinate CA 3“.

Next, tick the box with “Always trust these certificates“.

Then, click Continue.

Step 4

Alright, now refresh your Facebook page and you should be able to view your webpage as usual. If you encounter any message popping out asking for certificate again when browsing Facebook, just follow the steps above to approve all the certificates.

You may either:

Here I will show you a houshold tips on how to re-use it to be a plastic bag tightener for your opened snacks, bread, etc. So that you can save some money from buying those pricey air-tight tupperware.

First

Use a knife, cutter or scissors to cut the bottle into upper and lower part. Becareful with it, as the freshly cut area might wounded your hand.

Second

Put the upper part into your snacks/bread plastic top part. Insert the plastic thru the center hole.

Third

Screw it up and tighten it with the cap. And now the plastic bag is secured with very minimum air leak into it =D

Fourth

For the remaining body of the plastic bottle, you may use it as a pencil/pen cotainer or other useful gadget based on your creativity.

Go green and save money! =D

A short intro for the movie, because I feel it is not bad and inspired to watch it.

The movie is real story filming inspired by Andrew Wight’s cave diving experience that lead to a cave incident that trapped 13 cavers in one of the worlds largest underwater cave system in south-eastern Western Australia, Nullabor Plain. The incident happend when heavy storm hit the top and landslide covered their entrance/exit. But fortunately they have make it out (Refernce: http://sh.my/NE1dn).

In the movie there are some people die and only one survived. It have screened about the human reaction on fear/panic when situation is not in their possession. Also showing how human have their choice, how they choose it despite of advices available, and what consequences they are facing.

Personally I feel the movie is good, because I like movie that come along with value of life that we can learn (some more is from real life experience), but the rating is bad out there, hmm, don’t care =P

Agnes Milowka

now, let’s back to Ag (shorts for Agnes Milowka)

She is actually a stunt actor in this movie, but unfortunately died because ran out of air during a cave diving expedition on 27 February 2011 (Reference: http://sh.my/GyReG). This is a very sad recall when watching the film. Somehow, her death recall me about Steve Irwin.

After searching more information about her because of my curiousity, I’ve found that she is actually a very active and inspire person to be. She have lived her life to the fullness of what she want it in her way. I believe Agnes’s adventurous life is nurtured from the way her parent grow her up, where she have told about family motto “Pasja, Przygoda, Ryzyko“, that means “Passion, Daring, Adventure”

Along her life, she have few publications, have done over thousands of diving activities, co-assist with National Geographic Bahamas Cave exploration (http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2010/08/bahamas-caves/todhunter-text/1), and more.

3. Are you waiting long enough for your update to go through?
Usually your updates will appear on Facebook within 2 minutes, however sometimes when Twitter is having difficulties (fail whale..) it can take quite a bit longer. To check whether your last update should have gone through, do a search for yourself on Twitter search at http://search.twitter.com/search?q=. If your update is displaying then it should appear on Facebook within 2 minutes. If not then we need to wait for Twitter to catch up.

4. Is the #fb hashtag at the end of your tweet?
* The hashtag should be added to the end of your tweet (one exception: it’s ok if the #fb is followed by a space and then a link, e.g. “This is my tweet #fb http://linky.com/linky”. This ensures it will still work with apps that automatically add links e.g. TwitPic)

* There must be a space before the hashtag.

除了无能, 我也不懂要怎么形容了.. Petronas Boleh!

There are moments that I always sit quietly and looking at people around me. Hearing what they says; watching how they response and react; figuring whats in their mind; and etc. Not to say pervert lar, but I’d found this actually interesting.

Every single person is like a book.
A person might like a thick book, where he / she have their life filled with different things and experiences. A person might like a thin book, where he / she just have a simple and repetitive life.

Inside the book, we are not know what are the contents until we open it up and read it. If we didnt read into it and just look on the cover’s title, we only know the title. What are the contents is mostly what we assume or imagine of. Same for a person, if we did not go and understand further but only willing to see on their surface to assume and imaging how this person are, then it is only based on our personal bias thinking to know this person.

When reading into a person, often I’m very sensitive on the words they choose to speak, the vocal they used, and also how they react non-verbally. All these aspects are to be considered at the same time. If only looking at one or two aspects, we might miss out the overall understanding to person (Although life is not fair, but it is better for us to not mis-judge one person so easy =P).

Actually it is very easy to understand a person by the considering the 3 aspects above. For example, optimist choose encouraging words when they speaks, despite good or bad condition; pessimist will try their best to choose discouraging words no matter situation is good or bad. Some people might react overwhelming on small issue, and some react calmly even big case happening. All these observations are not for us to conclude this person is good, that person is bad, he is strange, she is normal, etc etc.

Every person is their own book of themselves, you can’t go change the content of the book by putting your own thoughts. Unless that person allow you to be the author of their book, allow you to write their story and live the way you written. But this act is kinda nasty and full of selfishness, and mostly it is not possible to do it. Don’t waste your time and energy to do so.

Whenever we meet a person, no matter we have know them for a long time or just met them, read them like a book joyfully. It helps strengthen your bond with the person, reduce conflicts, and help you live a better life too.

执着人生目标的人, 会不顾一切的奋斗, 最终成为一个成功的人.
执着…

怎样的执着, 就会不顾一切的去达到目的地. 这和盲了双眼, 麻了知觉, 一味儿的向前冲一样. 久了, 不管那目的地是好是坏, 心最终会盲而后亡了.

执着多了, 要懂得放下. 让疲累的心灵刹一刹车, 休息下.

然而放下, 很多人都做不到, 放下所需要的勇气, 比人所想象的总多一倍. 可是, 如果传个念, 其实是很简单不过..

人放不下的原因很简单. 都是因为心里的害怕. 害怕失去, 会让执着更执着, 会把执着的潜能发挥出来. 这, 可真的会让心灵更累.

能活着, 为什么要这么折腾呢？

停下脚步, 让四周的喧哗停顿, 安静下来. 慢慢的放下放下一些不应该执着的. 人也不会那么多负面思考.

遇见放得下的人, 我们多多少少都得给些敬意. 因为, 那是多么的艰难啊..

学会放下, 向心中找出那份被遗忘已久的宁静, 和自己吧.

傍晚时分, 一对公公孙子坐在稻田边的一个小木屋的屋脚边, 一起看着太阳下山的髓美.

小孙子今年才九岁, 刚念小学不久, 课业已繁重. 时不时都会赖床或借假病逃课, 以为可以得到少许家课. 但是哪知每每回到校圆终得加重课业. 非常不解为何读书如此辛苦.

坐着坐着, 小孙子忍不住问公公了.

小孙子： 公公啊.. 为什么人吼, 要一直不停学习的叻?? (摆出一脸无奈不解的模样)

公公： 哈哈.. (看着小孙子可爱无奈的模样. 公公也不竟笑得咪咪眼起来)

小孙子：别笑嘛公公.. (嘟起嘴来了)  为什么? 为什么呢??

公公：乖孙啊.. 哈哈. 人呢, 不停的学习啊学习, 就是不要让自己荒废啊.

小孙子：荒废?? (皱着眉头不懂荒废是什么)

公公：人的脑, 本来是一片空空的地, 什么都没有. 要经过不停的耕种, 施肥, 才有这么一片漂亮的稻田啊. 你看看 (指着眼前一大亩黄金满满的田地) 就像眼前的这片, 原本是空空的的草地, 在公公和爸爸不停的耕种施肥下才能有一片米生出来哦.

你再看看那边 (指远边的一大片杂草满满的野地) 那片地原本是另一家人和我们一起耕种的. 自从全家搬离去城市后, 没人打理, 一天一天的荒废了. 现在杂草满满, 有人要去再耕种的话, 也要小心有蜈蚣或蛇有没有躲在那儿做窝呢..

小孙子：哇!!! 这么恐怖啊?? (把两粒小眼株睁得大大的)

公公：哈哈哈哈..  (又再笑得咪咪眼起来) 那你要变成哪一个呢?

小孙子：我不要杂草的, 我要飘飘亮亮的稻田.

小孙子他妈：喂.. 来吃饭咯!!

公公和小孙子就拍拍屁股走去和已经坐在桌边饿扁的爸爸吃饭了.

故事后顾： 还不是吗？ 人, 如果没一直用脑学习和思考, 头脑如果长满了野草, 还成了蛇鼠之窝时, 就糟了, 头脑也自然而然的有很多负面的想法. 头脑想的若不好, 口里说出的话就变本加厉了.

所以, 不管出身如何贫贱或富贵, 向往学习是必须有的习惯.

In my country, it doesn’t much affected as it do not located near the border of tectonic plate. Not like Japan, that recently have struck by massive Quakes and Tsunami, where it’s located very near to the tectonic plates border.

Here is just a very simple reminder for those who have no knowledge on what to do when Earthquake hits.

If you are..

Inside a building / Indoor

Take cover under a sturdy desk, table, or bench or against an inside wall, and hold on. If there isn’t a table or desk near you, cover your face and head with your arms and crouch in an inside corner of the building.

Stay away from glass, windows, outside doors and walls, and anything that could fall, such as lighting fixtures or furniture.

Stay in bed – if you are there when the earthquake strikes – hold on and protect your head with a pillow, unless you are under a heavy light fixture that could fall. In that case, move to the nearest safe place.

Use a doorway for shelter only if it is in close proximity to you and if you know it is a strongly supported, loadbearing doorway.

Stay inside until shaking stops and it is safe to go outside. Most injuries during earthquakes occur when people are hit by falling objects when entering into or exiting from buildings.

Be aware that the electricity may go out or the sprinkler systems or fire alarms may turn on.

DO NOT use the elevators.

Outside the building on a street / Outdoor

Stay there.

Move away from buildings, streetlights, and utility wires.

Driving a car/motorbike / sha-lian-chia(tri-cycle) / bi-cycle /or any moving vehicle

Stop as quickly as safety permits and stay in the vehicle. Avoid stopping near or under buildings, trees, overpasses, and utility wires.

Proceed cautiously once the earthquake has stopped, watching for road and bridge damage. Look up for falling objects and look down for holes around.

Already trapped under debris or something falling and still alive

Do not light a match. Do not move about or kick up dust. You will reduce the oxygen intake for yourself.

Cover your mouth with a handkerchief or clothing.

Tap on a pipe or wall so rescuers can locate you. Use a whistle if one is available. Shout only as a last resort – shouting can cause you to inhale dangerous amounts of dust.

人与人之间，语言交流是少不了的，特别是职场交谈中，谈话技巧由为重要，可是，有些谈客却令人厌烦，想躲避又躲避不了，不躲避又如同坐在针毡之上。如果处在此情此景之中，你该怎么办呢？

一、遭遇“探人隐私”者

绝招：对探人隐私者要答非所问

遇到探人隐私者，不能有一说一，有二说二。对待探人隐私者，最好的法子是答非所问。如果他问你“谁是你晋级的后台”，你就说“全托你的福”。如果他问你“奖金多少”，你就说“不比别人多”。如果他问你“如何追求女友的”，你就说“如果你感兴趣，待我以后详细告诉你”。总之，对于对方的提问，不是不答，但答非所问。这样的话，既不会得罪对方，又不会让对方得逞。

二、遭遇“唉声叹气”者

此类表现：人处世上，不如意事十之八九。有些对前途悲观的人、谈话以我为主的人，往往将他们的不幸、苦恼和忧虑当作谈话的主题。他们不断地大诉苦水，接连地唉声叹气，使交谈的人听也不是，不听也不是。如果仔细分析一下唉声叹气者所说的不如意之事，就会知道，这些事其实非常普通、并不那么凄惨，但唉声叹气者却将自己的境遇说得非常非常地严重。

绝招：对唉声叹气者要注入活力

此类表现：“来说是非者，便是是非人。”不要以为把他人是非告诉你的人便是你的朋友。道人是非者，既然在你面前说他人的坏处，自然也会在他人面前，说你的坏处。他们乐于道人是非，是妒心过盛的原因，他们心里往往巴不得他人越来越倒霉，越来越困窘。聪明人与这类人交谈，是不会推心置腹的。

绝招：对道人是非者要哼哈而过

远离这种人的办法，是对他说的任何是非话题都作出冷淡地反应，从而让他知“错”而退。对这种人，不要得罪。对他说的他人是非，又不能赞同。与其言语交流，哼哼哈哈，不失为一种好办法。因为“哼”、“哈”是一种模糊语言，既会让道人是非者感受到你的成熟，又让他觉得这项话题无法再交流下去，从而中止谈话，或者使谈话朝着健康方向发展。某些情况下，可以说，“哼哈”是一种不可蔑视的处世学问。

四、遭遇“喋喋不休”者

此类表现：人与人交谈，人们往往讨厌那种长篇大论跟你说个没完没了的人。有些人说得多，但却说不好。他们会一口气谈论整整一个上午，他们会在一个上午谈遍古今中外。他们不但天文地理能谈，男女情事也能谈。他们眉飞色舞，表情丰富。他们滔滔不绝，从不觉累。

绝招：对喋喋不休者要巧妙提问

遇到喋喋不休者，既不伤及对方感情，又让对方少说的法子是巧妙提问。一是根据他说的话题提问一些难题，比如“导弹的燃料分子式是什么？”“《水浒》这本书里一共提到多少男的，多少女的？”等等，让他不知怎么回答。这样一来，他就可以少说几句，你也可以多说几句啦。二是提问一些与当前话题无关的问题，如“打扰一下，现在几点了？”“你的眼镜好看，请问你戴得舒服吗？”等等，这样一来，对方会感到有点惊愕，从而停顿下来，使你腾出时间来干一些有益的事。

五、遭遇“嗦嗦说教”者

此类表现：有些人喜欢对他人“谆谆教诲”。他说的十句话中，你可以找出“你应该”、“你必须”、“你不能”之类的词语七八处。这种人往往自以为是，居高临下，唯我独能，盛气凌人。在他的眼里，众人都是无知的幼儿，唯他是博学的教授。让人感到其愚腐，认为其卖弄。嗦嗦说教者虽然令人生厌，但对你没有坏处，而且有益。一是你可以吸取其中有益的说教；二是认认真真地倾听，会使他觉得异常高兴，这对增进情谊有好处。

绝招：对嗦嗦说教者要重于聆听

因此，和他们交流，要重于聆听。只要你没有急需办的事项，不妨静下心来，听一听，记一记。适时地重复一两句他说的话语，或者就某个问题询问一两句。相信，这种做法，定会使你受到极大的益处。

六、遭遇“自我炫耀”者

此类表现：有些人见到他人，一张嘴便是我人缘好，一出口便是我能耐大。明明自己是“1”，偏偏说成是“2”。听者为此觉得脸红，他却不知羞。自我炫耀者既是个自卑者，又是个自负者。这种人常常外强中干，其“吹牛”的目的只不过是为了引起大家对他的关注，以满足自己的虚荣心。这种胡乱吹嘘给人一种巧言令色、华而不实之感。和他们进行交流，正确的法子是用幽默风趣的话语作答。他嘴上说成“2”，内心还是以为是“1”的，对他说的大话，你不能加以肯定，肯定了他会以为你是个不可信之人；对他说的大话，你又不能加以驳斥，驳斥了他会以为你是个不可亲之人。

此类表现：有些人，话语尖锐辛辣。从他嘴里说出的话，好像一盆盆的冷水，不顾你是否接受，硬朝你头上泼去。那个干劲，非要把你心头的自信火种浇灭不可。这种人往往是个频频失败、万念俱灭者，又是个把你瞧得一无是处、绝不如他者，还是个认定自己做不到，他人也做不到的自负者，往往也是个能言善辩却 “茕茕子立、形影相吊”、周围人敬而远之者。与他交谈，一味顺承，会使他变本加厉。

此类表现：社会上，有些人说起谎来好像一名出色的演员在舞台上演戏那样轻松自然，丝毫不会感到内疚。他们撒谎，大多没有很大、很明确的目的。满口假话者之所以满口假话，可能是为了掩饰自己、标谤自己、美化自己，可能是觉得你的辨别能力很差，从而摇唇鼓舌，胡说乱扯。与这类人交流，对你是有害的。假话说出十遍，可能会使你觉得真的有那么一回事。

绝招：对满口假话者要纠正其一

与他们交流，应该懂得“攻其一点，崩溃全线”的战略战术，抓住假话中的其中一项，满有把握地提出反对意见。这样一来，他就会觉得羞愧，那种神采飞扬的气焰立刻就落下去。这种攻其一点的做法，既不会伤及其自尊心，又会让其对自己的撒谎毛病有所改正。

十、遭遇“俗不可耐”者

此类表现：有些人为了给他人一个好的印象，便让自己的话语里堆满华丽词藻，乱用一些专业术语，显得矫揉造作，华而不实；有些人日常说话粗鲁不雅，废话连连，罗里罗嗦，一味单调，某句话可以重十遍，某件事可以问九次；有些人说话无波澜，无起伏，没有摇曳多姿的神态，没有引人入胜的话题，令你厌倦，这些都是俗不可耐的表现。他们多是知识面窄、社交力差者，他们在自己人生经历中，往往因此经常受到他人的讥笑，心中有了一种自卑感。他们热切地希望提高自己的知识水平、社交能力。

绝招：对俗不可耐者要适当指教

和俗不可耐者交流，要进行适当指教。说出一两句正确的做法、注意的事项，满足他们的需求，但又不能过多指教，免得伤了他们的自尊心，触及他们的自卑痛处。

Recently updated my WP to WP3.1, and everything seems so nice. With the admin header for easy access across sub-blog. Very much like this feature.

But one thing doubted me is the Theme Editor section gone!!  I can’t find it under the Appearance where it usually there =((

Then after searching awhile, finally found it. Was just moved to another place. hahaha

First, click on the Network Admin on the top right corner there.

And now the Theme Editor is now available under the Appearance there =D

I have yet visit to Tibet, and I wish to visit there one day. Tibet gives the natural feel of Home to me. I only able to see their culture from video, hear the beautiful sounds and music of them digitally. Hope one day able to experience all of these in front of me. Even it is not as it is before.
