Where to Print Firefly Tax Invoice
When you book and paid online with fireflyz.com.my, they will email you the itinerary but not the tax invoice, even at the logged-in member site you won’t find any place for you to print tax invoice. If you really need to print the tax invoice for your company travel expenses claim, simply follow steps below.

UPDATE: Effective 1st September 2018, Firefly (ST Registration Number: W24-1808-32000045) will not be issuing a Tax Invoice to passengers as no input tax credits may be claimed. The flight itinerary will be the official invoice

Go to the link above and enter your Confirmation Number into the Booking Number field, and enter your email address that you key in during booking the flight.
Then press Search and the tax invoice details will list out. Click on View & Print to print out the invoice.
