游泳一直都是小时很想学的东西. 直到现在才有幸有机会学到. 为了想在明年或后年参与铁人三项, 就越了几个集训营友找个良师请教请教. 近一个月了,泳池水都喝得很饱了, 头部有洞的都给水浸的七七八八, 终于可以游个蛙式, 蛮开心的. 虽然还没有胆在深不动地的地方浮游, 但慢慢来.让气量和水性慢慢变好先, hahah. 还有个自由式要来了! 加油!
